Ballroom Dancing!

Why is my dancing not improving? Anyone who has pursued their dancing for any significant length of time has asked themselves the question "Why am I not improving?"  It stands to reason that if you are investing so much time and effort (not to mention money) in developing your dancing, that you should always be noticably improving, right?  Wrong.  There are several reasons why, despite your best efforts, you either may not be improving, or may not appear to be improving.  Identifying the reason behind the stagnation of your development is absolutely critical to overcoming it.

When Dancing Takes over Your Life It started out innocently, of course. Learning your first few dance steps you thought, "WOW, I could really get to LIKE this!" Fast-forward a few years... and we see the seductive world of ballroom dancing has gradually taken over your life, your body, your mind, even your finances. Completely. Did you have any clue what you were getting into?

Dance for Your Health Maybe you're mad about mambo or you've got disco fever. Does a samba really send you? Ever been wild for a waltz? Or jazzed from a jitterbug? Just a few minutes of swinging around the ballroom will make you realize that dance is a great way to stay in shape.

Single & Lonely or Depressed? Try Ballroom Dancing It’s no wonder so many people of all ages are turning to dancing. It kills two birds with one stone: it’s a great way to meet members of the opposite sex and other friends, and it offers exercise, one of the antidotes to depression with or without therapy, with or without medication.
